For the fastest support, please mention which browser and device you're using, the format and approximate size of the image you tried to convert, and what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots are always welcome.
Response times
We aim to respond to support emails within one business day. Business inquiries may take a little longer because they often need input from multiple team members. If you haven't heard back within three business days, please send a friendly follow-up — occasionally emails get stuck in spam filters.
Common questions
Many questions are already answered on the homepage FAQ. If your image isn't compressing enough, try cropping closer or starting from a higher-resolution original. If the tool appears stuck, refresh and try again — older browsers occasionally throttle Canvas operations.
